In your efforts however, you should be wary of the weight loss myths that deter people from achieving what they need with their bodies. Below are a few of them: avoiding carbohydrates is best method to decrease weight; skipping meals is a great method to lower calories; starches are fattening and therefore should be limited; low fat or non fat means no calories; and skipping meals is a good method to slim down. These might be rather puzzling but it’s important to remember that moderation is key when it comes to eating.
